ROBIOTIC.RICO® draws the right consequences and implications on the basis of the analyzed and processed data. We take care of the software-based process optimization and the task-related processing of all relevant data in the cloud. This work is of great importance for the entire IoT process chain and for which our data analysts contribute a great deal of know-how, complicated evaluation tools and mathematical understanding.

Following the review and interpretation of the results of the data analyses, decisions are made and processes automated based on these results. In practice, predefined processes are triggered when a certain data situation determined by the sensors is present. Here is a brief example: In the customer's ERP system, a repeat order is automatically triggered as soon as a silo level falls below the threshold value. Personalized advertising in the online shop, for example, also functions according to the same principle on the Internet of Things.

ROBIOTIC.RICO® provides drill-down capable, detailed and dynamic reports via a clearly arranged, responsive cockpit. In this way, we provide our customers with optimally visualized information. If, for example, an authorized user selects a certain view type in a diagram, all associated graphics are immediately dynamically changed to this type. The logic behind this is available as standard, and you can also set up your own correlations. All views are responsive and scale completely free of interference, regardless of the device.



Predictive Maintenance & Artificial Intelligence

Predictive analytics is the future-oriented analysis of data series based on statistical methods, predictive models, machine learning and data mining. This involves identifying patterns in historical data and analyzing risks and probabilities. The results are probable scenarios for the continuation of data series that will help the user or customer to assess a situation. Companies can use mass data in this way, for example, to obtain valuable information about the status of machines and to initiate predictive maintenance processes. Companies replace rigid service cycles with flexible maintenance intervals based on actual wear and tear.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the next foreseeable evolutionary step: AI will make huge amounts of data controllable in the future.
